How often should scissors be replaced?
It is recommended to renew and sharpen the scissors at Mizutani Japan on average once a year, but it depends on the amount of use.
Will I receive replacement scissors?
During the renewal period, replacement scissors are not provided, but scissors can be rented for a fee of approximately 100 NIS per month, for models in stock.

How long does the renewal take?
Up to 60 business days from the date of collection to return.
How much does it cost?
The cost of renewing the scissors is approximately 500 NIS + VAT, and a deposit of 100 NIS + VAT is required when ordering for collection.
